actually work

Your facebook application is frustrating and does not work. I can't even update family members - not to mention you send email after email to them when I am just trying to update their relationship to me. Also, don't make me select family members just to confirm a relative - from one programmer to another, that's just the laziest thing I've ever seen.

    We’ve already cleaned up several of the things mentioned here and are working on getting the whole app to work like you want it to.

        I had just finished adding 40+ new members to my tree when the whole tree just vanished. Had been trying to correct a mismatch with my older kids and their mom and all of a sudden there is NO ONE in the tree.
        This is 3 hours work just POOF gone.
        I'd really like to know what happened before I spend anymore time with this.
